Business-focused technology, internet and media company General Counsel, with demonstrated leadership track record as senior executive and trusted advisor to the Board of Directors and management team leading public and private companies and counselling on corporate governance, intellectual property, privacy, securities laws, mergers & acquisitions and other significant corporate life-cycle experiences (including reorganizations, private equity and strategic investments, and two initial public offerings). Author of “Operating a Small Law Department” chapter in the multi-volume Thomson Reuters treatise Successful Partnering Between Inside and Outside Counsel (2019).Frequent speaker, panelist and author on General Counsel and corporate law issues as well as the in-house practice of law.

Michelle works or has worked at GRAHAM HOLDINGS CO, Kpmg Peat Marwick Foundation, and NCR Corporation and works or has worked as Head:Digital Marketing at Shopathome.com, VP:Online Marketing at Historic Aol LLC, and VP:Interactive Marketing at SAFEWAY INC. She studied at American Civil Liberties Union and University of South Carolina.

Pam Bilash has been the Senior Vice President of Human Resources since January 2014, having joined the Company through its acquisition of onTargetjobs where she led the Human Resources team as Executive Vice President. Ms. Bilash brings the Company more than 25 years’ experience in talent management and in the information industry. Prior to joining onTargetjobs in 2009, Ms. Bilash worked for Thomson Reuters in roles of increasing responsibility, culminating as Senior Vice President of Human Resources for the healthcare group and serving on their Human Resources leadership team, in addition to her executive duties. Ms. Bilash is a graduate of the University of Hartford.
