What's the job?
As an AI Product Management Intern, -you'll be driving real projects with real users and real stakes. You'll work alongside engineers, designers, PMs, and ops leaders to conceptualize, test, and launch AI-powered features that solve meaningful problems for truck drivers and fleets. You'll also get direct exposure to startup leadership, gain a behind-the-scenes look at product strategy in a scaling company, and build a toolkit that sets you up for PM success-whether at a startup or in big tech. Requirements
What are we looking for?
Minimum GPA 3.7
You're a builder at heart - maybe you've launched a startup, built an app, hacked together a tool, led a student org, or shipped something from 0 to 1. If you've taken something from an idea to a real user experience, we want to hear about it.
Previous product management internship experience is welcome but not required. We care more about your potential and curiosity than your resume titles.
You think like a product person: structured, analytical, customer obsessed. You love solving messy real-world problems with simple, scalable solutions.
You're a clear communicator who can tell stories with data, pitch ideas with confidence, and rally a team around a vision.
Coding experience and the ability to write scripts in Python is a plus- especially useful for building demos, launching small projects, and connecting with AI systems.
Bonus if you've explored AI, logistics, or mobile product development through class projects, side hustles, or past internships.
What's the program?
Our internship program spans 12 weeks and is full-time.
Interns are expected to be onsite five days a week at our beautiful 17,000-square-foot office located in the heart of Downtown Phoenix.
