Remote work and flex Friday that are unfortunately prime target for leadership
Discrimination, favouritism, poor progression planning and follow through, exploitative and abusive, unethical, gaslighting leaders. Expect low paid employees to hustle like they are CEOs.

There were multiple interviews. A huge red flag
Nice people.
Management never have a straight answer to a straight question, lack a plan or strategy, are quick to blame and slow to take responsibility for failures. Hide departures and employ random VPs - no job adverts, opportunity to apply, transparency or accountability. Treat smart people like they are expendable, dumb and worthless. wonder why the culture/control stuff doesn't work.
