The Digital Learning Content Developer is a high-impact role responsible for designing, producing, and deploying modern, engaging digital learning experiences across Stago North America. This position translates complex IVD concepts into clear, accessible, bite-sized lessons that accelerate field readiness, elevate customer experience, and strengthen organizational capability. The ideal candidate brings creativity and energy paired with disciplined execution, instructional design fundamentals, and the ability to manage content across a regulated environment.
This role is pivotal in building Stago's digital learning ecosystem and will partner closely with their colleagues in the Training Department, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Sales, Service, Applications, Marketing, and Stago's global Headquarters to produce world-class training.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Digital Content Creation & Production
• Design and develop high-impact, bite-sized lessons that support rapid learning and reinforce critical competencies across all teams (Commercial, Service, Applications, Operations, Corporate, etc.).
• Film, edit, and produce Quick Tips, micro-videos, and enhanced slide-based content that translate complex IVD and hemostasis concepts into clear, actionable learning.
• Build engaging quizzes, knowledge checks, and interactive assessments that reinforce comprehension and provide measurable learner insights.
• Serve as an on-camera presence for instructional videos, demonstrations, and training walk-throughs; maintain strong verbal communication, energy, and clarity.
Instructional Design & Course Development
• Partner closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate their learning objectives into polished, structured, and impactful digital modules.
• Drive the end-to-end development process: scoping, storyboarding, scripting, prototyping, production, and deployment.
• Ensure all content is interactive, engaging, and aligned with adult-learning best practices and IVD industry expectations.
• Champion user experience, applying visuals, pacing, accessibility practices, and modern learning design principles to every deliverable
Learning Management System (LMS) Ownership
• Oversee day-to-day LMS operations including uploading, publishing, archiving, troubleshooting, and quality checks of all learning modules.
• Manage full lifecycle workflows from script, module, quiz, learning path, certificate to ensure seamless learner progression.
• Maintain backend system architecture: organize learning paths, maintain user groups, assign roles, configure certificates, and support platform updates.
• Identify opportunities to optimize the LMS experience such as streamlining navigation, improving content traceability, and maximizing learner engagement.
• Leverage analytics and reporting to track module usage, evaluate performance, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Manage version control across all platforms, ensuring every update, revision, and retired asset is fully traceable within Stago's Quality Management System (QMS). Maintain alignment between LMS content, controlled documents, and training records to protect compliance, audit readiness, and instructional integrity.
Tools & Technology
• Develop, edit, and publish content using Camtasia, Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise), Microsoft Teams, and other internal tools.
• Maintain high production quality with an eye toward speed, clarity, and operational efficiency.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment
• Partner with SMEs, Training, Marketing, Services, and Commercial Leadership to ensure learning assets support business goals and field readiness.
• Communicate timelines, expectations, and deliverables clearly; ensure stakeholders know exactly what they need to contribute and by when.
• Infuse empathy, accessibility, and customer-focused storytelling into all learning experiences to elevate adoption and impact.
Continuous Improvement & Innovation
• Independently scan for opportunities to modernize digital learning (ie. new formats, new capabilities in the LMS, new ways to create microlearning at scale).

What will you be doing in this role?
The Biomedical Technician participates on wet- and dry- laboratory projects and may execute tasks requiring compliance with all Federal and State accrediting agency requirements and/or GLP. Responsible for assigned wet lab work, lab maintenance, and writing and recording controlled documents. Performs all activities strictly according to SOPs, with accurate documentation, and may assist quality control team with required testing activities. Performs a variety of process development tasks for multiple clients following standard operating procedures that will be different for each project based on the type work.

Verifies samples received, logs samples into systems, and may transport to the appropriate environment within the facility for storage following SOPs.

Must have outstanding interpersonal, communication, organization skills, and the ability to work across company fields and functional units, and computer application experience.

The Genomics Core Biomedical Specialist is responsible for carrying out wet lab procedures involving DNA/RNA isolation from various sources such as cells, tissue, FFPE curls and scrapes, and blood. In addition, they possess expertise in the complete Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) workflow, which includes DNA/RNA quantification and quality control (QC) analysis, manual library preparation, library quantification and QC analysis, sequencing on the Illumina platform, and analysis of sequencing metrics.
As part of their duties, the Biomedical Specialist will ensure accurate and up-to-date electronic documentation using an electronic lab notebook, project management software, and laboratory information management system. They will also manually prepare libraries for bulk cell, single cell, and spatial omics, covering transcriptomics (RNA-Seq), genomics (WGS/WES), epigenomics (WGBS, ATAC-Seq), and metagenomics (16S/ITS amplicon sequencing, shotgun).

The RN Residency is an evidence based transition to practice program designed for the recent graduate of an RN program or an RN with less than one year of experience. We know the transition from a nursing student to professional nurse is challenging and the Residency program is designed to facilitate the transition from the classroom to the clinical environment. Our program includes collaboration with a unit specific preceptor and clinical nurse educators, and provides support and resources to facilitate educational and professional growth.
Placement in each unit will be determined based upon the hospital's current needs and assessed monthly. Possible placement opportunities include: Clinical Resource Team, Medical, Progressive Care Unit, Inpatient Surgical, Behavioral Health, Maternal/Child, Perioperative, Post-Anesthesia Care, Intensive Care Unit, Home Health, Hospice, Skilled Nursing/Rehab, Emergency Department, and Outpatient Clinics/Urgent Care.
