The Patient Care Technician (PCT) provides care to patients with end-stage renal disease, supporting clinical staff throughout the dialysis treatment process to deliver prescribed treatments. Schedule: Full-time, four 10-hour shifts starting at 5am; Sundays off; no overnight shifts

Actively participate in infection control, risk management and patient education activities

Obtain and record patient vital signs and machine readings during treatment
Role under RN supervision
Set up and break down dialysis blood system for treatment
Insert and remove patient access needles
Monitor patients during dialysis, document changes and inform charge nurse of any concerns
Calculate patient's weight loss to reach dry weight

Baptist Medical Center is looking to add a Registered Nurse to the Emergency Department at Baptist Clay. This is a Full-Time NIght shift opportunity with a 36 hour per week commitment. This is a 7:00PM-7:00AM shift position. As a Registered Nurse for Baptist Health you will:
* Providing care to patients requiring treatment of any medical, surgical, or other condition;
* Embracing and upholding the hospital mission statement;
* Educating patients and families to their disease process and plan of care;
* Interacting with physicians and other departments within the hospital;
* Coordinating care provided by ancillary services;
* Acting as the patient advocate;
* Participating in staff meetings and other unit activities.
