The Licensed Practical Nurse provides nursing care at a DCI in-center hemodialysis clinic as part of a patient care team. Safety Responsibilities: Assists the FM to assure compliance with Hazmat Policy for all employees in their direct report Assists the FM in posting and monitoring employee injuries per safety guidelines Collaborates with the FM in investigating employee injuries to prevent and correct safety hazards Assists the FM in assuring safety equipment and guidelines are adhered to in all operations
