As an Executive in Residence at Innovation Works, he helps advanced Information Technology and Data Processing companies successfully commercialize their technology, effectively bring their product to market, raise money, and create and manage high-performing teams. Having founded and been the Chief Executive of numerous technology companies, Larry has expert level business development skills with numerous successful product launches, more than $200 million in closed financing, acquisition, and strategic partnership transactions, and multiple exits at companies including Hell’s Kitchen Systems (acquired by Red Hat) and GALT Technologies (acquired by Intuit) among others. His ventures have been backed with investment from founders, angel investors, corporate strategic partners, and institutional venture capitalists. Larry has also been an investor in and advisor to numerous startups. Larry has come up to speed many times in new technologies and is co-inventor of Patent Number: 7266805 – Systems and methods for generating software and hardware builds. Larry holds a BA from Drake University; an MA from University of Iowa; and completed Leadership at the Peak at the Center for Creative Leadership.

Jeff Schuldt is responsible for overall commercial strategy, creating an enduring brand, delighting customers, driving revenue growth and creating valuable strategic partnerships. Prior to joining Diamond Kinetics Jeff founded and served as Principal of Sixth Gear Partners, a firm that specialized in helping increase the growth trajectory of early-stage to mid-size companies in the consumer goods, technology and healthcare markets. Prior to that, Jeff spent over 20 years in the consumer goods industry at GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare where he held numerous leadership positions in sales, brand marketing, and business development. Jeff has served on the advisory boards of several early-stage companies and informally advises a number of start-up enterprises. A native of St. Louis, MO, Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Missouri.

Mike Ressler is a Board of Directors at Community Human Services and Chief Technology Officer at Diamond Kinetics and is based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
