It was close to home so the commute was easy.
It's very difficult to get promoted, and the pay level for employees who aren't pharmacists is low.
It was the company newsletter, but they stopped that some time ago. No one knows why, exactly.
What I liked best about the CEO and leadership team was that they often shared with employees ideas about how to do your job better.
Bring back the newsletter, get of the colored scrubs that divided employees by department, and encourage more teamwork across departments.
I sent in an application, received a phone call for an interview, then read about the company online.
The diversity there is almost non-existent. Every once in a while someone of color would be hired, but they wouldn't last very long.
I'm my experience, the compensation package was subpar. The income was low for the job, and the benefits were average.
The most personally fulfilling part of Diamond is knowing that you are helping the patients who are depending on the medications you are getting sent out to them.
pay is good for the work
Late hours. Often you’ll be scheduled from 8-4:30 but you’re actually there until 5. Management picks favorites, and can be hostile or passive aggressive to people they consider less than.
