Job Duties and Responsibilities:
* Supervise and coordinate the activities of the JIB team for both operated and non-operated assets
* Train, mentor, and provide ongoing support to team members
* Assist in the design and documentation of procedures and controls as needed
* Collaborate with various teams to ensure master data, coding validation rules, AFE processes and allocation updates are established and maintained to support an efficient JIB process
* Ensure team compliance with internal controls and support internal, external and JV audits by providing documentation and responding to inquiries
* Oversee bill-out of Overhead including Drilling, Completion, Producing, Major Construction and Field Office Expense
* Assist with the monthly close process and ensure all JIB-related activities are completed accurately and on time
* Prepare monthly reporting and present to the accounting leadership team
* Monthly review of unbilled JIB suspense items for charges that can be transferred to the joint account
* Review journal entries for recurring entries and corrections
* Responsible for maintaining monthly close check list and the completion thereof
* Review monthly reconciliations, as assigned
* Assist with software implementations and upgrades
* Other tasks and projects, as assigned
Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree (BBA or BS) in Accounting or related field
* Minimum of five (5+) of experience in oil and gas accounting, with at least three (3+) years focused on accounts payable and joint interest billing
* Minimum of five (5+) years of experience leading teams
* Demonstrated experience in MS Excel, including skills creating and configuring VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and Sum IF formulas
Preferred Qualifications:
* Preferred ten (10+) years of experience in oil and gas accounting
* Strong understanding of COPAS guidelines, oil and gas accounting principles, including cost allocations
* Experience with SAP and Energylink

Job Summary
Under supervision from Mentors and geologic staff, Geoscience Interns will be involved in generating geologic interpretations of current CLR development assets and/or exploration prospects. The Geoscience intern will work to generate sequence stratigraphic models, various subsurface and petrophysical maps, production analysis, geosteering interpretations and mud log analysis.
Duties and Responsibilities
In addition to working on a summer project, the Geoscience Intern will also have the opportunity to:
Receive training on the practical application of geological concepts to develop solutions for project assignments associated with the development and/or operation of CLR's energy assets. Project assignments may include activities and tasks associated with assigned geological projects, studies, interpretations and other responsibilities within assigned area.
In conjunction with project assignments, Geology Intern makes recommendations to Asset Team and Management for expenditures and activities associated with project activities. Time permitting, Geology Intern observes and provides assistance for the execution of recommended expenditures and activities and reports results of same.
Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
Current enrollment in an accredited four (4) year College or University
Working towards a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Geology or related Earth Sciences major from an accredited College or University

Minimum 3.0 GPA

Job Summary
The Data Analyst Intern will collaborate with Engineering teams to solve problems, automate processes and improve business performance using the plethora of data, analytics and artificial intelligence capabilities available at Continental. There will also be plenty of opportunities to learn about the oil & gas industry and engineering concepts throughout the summer. The intern will provide support to Engineers and Leadership within Continental in an office-based role.
Duties and Responsibilities
In addition to a summer project, there will be opportunities to do some of the following, based on project assignment:
Develop automation solutions to streamline manual processes
Develop analytics solutions to help engineers and management make better decisions
Accumulate and organize data from multiple sources for engineering analysis
Capture & verify data accuracy, take appropriate action on any changes, and communicate required corrections to the necessary parties
Develop more accurate and reliable data analyses and reporting methodologies
