Exhibit and develop customer relations through friendly and courteous behavior.

Bags guests' purchases promptly and efficiently within proper guidelines. Carries those purchases to their automobiles in a friendly, prompt efficient manner; ensuring the products are placed safely in their automobile.
Fills all bag slots and supplies necessary for efficient front-end operations. Uses wise selection and use of supplies.
Assist with price checks and go-backs.
Assists with general housekeeping and ‘sweep sheet' duties as assigned.
Keeps the parking lot clear of carts and returns them to proper store location as directed by management. Always follows safety policies regarding cart retrieval. Removes clutter from carts & wipes down kids carts before putting them away.
Although many guests appreciate your efforts, you are not permitted to accept tips. If the guest persists, the money should be turned into the service desk. (NV - exception)

As a Cashier you are accountable for the customer service and sales experience including: maintaining checkout standards; assisting with general operations such as Omnichannel, recovery and inventory; and upholding performance standards relative to shrink/safety and meeting performance standards associated with the role.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Customer Service & Sales - Greets and assists customers while providing excellent customer service. Demonstrates WORTH behaviors consistently. Partners where needed for additional support. Proactively calls for assistance when additional help is needed in checkout. Utilizes Point of Sale on Mobile Warrior device to support line management.
* General Operations - Assists with Omnichannel efforts as needed. Assists with recovery, put backs and fitting room maintenance as needed. Participates in annual inventory processes

# Project Overview:
Bechtel is the licensing, engineering, procurement, and construction partner on TerraPower's Natrium team. Selected by the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) for its Advanced Reactor Demonstration Program, Natrium is participating in a DOE initiative to re-establish U.S. leadership in nuclear energy that provides matching funding to industry to design and build an operational advanced reactor. TerraPower, a leading advanced generation technology company founded by former Microsoft CEO Bill Gates, will be deploying its 345 MWe sodium fast reactor (SFR), called Natrium. The Natrium plant features an advanced, cost-competitive reactor design that is safer, simpler, easier, and less costly to construct, less expensive to operate, and able to provide energy that is competitive with fossil fuels. It also features an innovative molten salt energy storage system designed to be complementary to solar and wind power by evening out the peaks and valleys in production when the sun is not shining, or the wind is not blowing. With the reactor and energy storage output combined, the plant can produce more than 500 MWe of power.
# Job Summary:
In this role, you will provide project field engineering specialization and expertise with work planning and packaging, material management, quantity verification and validation, safety and quality control, technical inspection and testing knowledge, and subcontract coordination. Your recommendations will ensure field engineering activities operate safely, are complete, and conform to quality standards and project requirements. You will ensure the assigned subcontractors' performance comply with specifications and within schedules and budget. \#LI-CL1
# Major Responsibilities:
+ Establishing the primary interface between Construction, Subcontracts, Turnover, Startup and Operations.
+ Technical oversight of assigned subcontractor's safety, quality, schedule, and coordinated execution of the subcontractor's scope of work.
+ Supporting Subcontract Formation and BEA (Bid, Evaluate, & Award) Process.

+ Verifies Subcontractor commodities on quantity tracking systems or other computer database systems as required.
+ Ensures zero accident philosophy and requirements are implemented and adhered to by Subcontractors.
+ Supports construction engineers, discipline superintendents, foremen, and craft professionals, for coordination of Subcontractor engineering design documents, vendor documents, and other technical documents.
+ Develops firm understanding of system and area scoping and drawings required for Subcontractor scope of works.
+ Reviews and approves inspection test plans.
+ Coordinates reviews of subcontractor submittals.
+ Coordinates the construction operations impact on external interfaces to ensure they coincide with the overall established schedules.
# Education and Experience Requirements:
+ Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 8-10 years of relevant experience or 12-14 years of relevant work experience.
# Required Knowledge and Skills:
**Minimum Qualifications:**
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Familiarity with nuclear quality and commercial practice standards is required.
+ Ability to provide clear and precise verbal and written communications with subcontractors, design engineers, and customer representatives is critical.

Operations Training Instructor
The Operations Training Instructor reports directly to the Operations Training Manager and is focused on the development of the operations training programs and training materials for the Natrium Demonstration Project (NDP). In this role, you will develop the programs, processes, and procedures necessary for establishing and running licensed operator and non-licensed operator training. The successful candidate will integrate and coordinate with other departments, project partners, regulators, and outside organizations working on operator training.
Responsibilities
Develops operator training processes, programs, and procedures for a newly developed training department, ensuring compliance with company standards, NRC regulations, INPO accreditation criteria, and other codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
Develops and executes a strategy for training program initial accreditation.
Uses the Systematic-Approach-to-Training to develop new high-quality training curriculum for licensed and non-licensed operators.
Revises training programs to maintain instructional and technical accuracy based on plant design changes, modifications to plant procedures, and changes in plant processes.
Participates actively in the Training Curriculum Review Committee.
Coordinates with operations management, the emergency response organization, and other organizations in the develop and improvement of training programs.
Prepares trainee examination material and trainee evaluations for classroom, laboratory, OJT, and simulator environments, as appropriate.
Prepares processes for training performance evaluations, trainee counseling sessions, and individualized training programs.
Incorporates information gained from INPO Significant Operating Experience Reports, NRC Circulars, Bulletins, and Information Notices, plant design changes, plant procedure changes and revisions, new regulations, and training effectiveness reports into the training program and various training material.
Participates in NRC, INPO and management audits, and prepares responses to audit findings.
Develops and maintains knowledge of plant design, plant operations, disciplinary skills and techniques, commensurate with the responsibility to develop effective, high quality training.
Supervises the collection and maintenance of auditable training records and reports required to document training program activities.

Key Qualifications and Skills
Associates degree in science/engineering
4 years of commercial nuclear power plant operator training experience

Previous SRO/RO license holder or 4+ Years of experience with an SRO-certification
Mastery of skills and extensive subject matter knowledge in carrying out assignments associated with the analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation, and proposed modification of licensed operator training programs.

Job Summary:
In this role, you will lead a team and manage Site Supervision, Field Engineering, and other support organizations (e.g., Safety, Project Controls) in planning and executing the Indirects scope of the project. You will oversee team activities, coordinate subcontractor efforts, and foster team development while ensuring effective job site planning and organization. This includes making sure project personnel have the necessary tools to work productively, adhere to project policies and procedures, and meet performance expectations related to specifications, schedules, and budgets. Reporting to the assigned Site Construction Manager, you will provide technical and administrative direction to superintendents, engineers, coordinators, administrators, and others within your area. Your responsibilities also involve ongoing interaction with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, Work Force Services representatives, project management, and other on-site personnel. #LI-CL1
Major Responsibilities:
* Managing the budget for the Indirect scope for the entire project.
* Creating and reviewing the project schedule and sequence including resource loading for the project indirect needs.
* Reviewing project schedule for impacts and participates in the development of contingency planning.
* Manages and generates the project plan for delivery of the indirect program in support of project-specific requirements.
* Monitoring and ensuring adherence to Nuclear Work Process Procedures (NWPPs) relating to Indirect work activities.
* Monitoring professional craft and subcontractors consumption for tools, consumables, formworks and scaffold materials.
* Planning, execution and management of the job camp infrastructure, if required, and support services across the project lifecycle.
* Monitoring the preparation and issuance of material requisitions in support of Indirects works.
* Providing the interface between construction and supply chain to identify, requisition and establish delivery dates for indirect material needs.
* Work with Bechtel Equipment Operations (BEO) and Subject Mater Experts within BEO for equipment training.
* Ensuring all rigging, lifting, loading, and offloading activities are done in a safe manner.
* Establish long-range staffing requirements and coordinate the timely staffing of positions. Monitoring personnel utilization throughout the duration of the project.
* Monitoring usage of indirects equipment to minimize cost of idle equipment , including coordination with the Environmental group on any permit reporting requirements.
* Responsible for maintenance shops and administering the periodic inspection/ annual inspection program of equipment as required.
* Coordinating Indirect needs of the project Subcontractors.
* Provide oversight and guidance on day-to-day work tasks and activities to include: Management of the site infrastructure maintenance and general housekeeping, offices, warehouses, shops, dumpster services, fueling of equipment and managing the equipment maintenance shop, oversight of the heavy lift operations and equipment.
Education and Experience Requirements:
* Typically requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 10-13 years of relevant experience or 14-17 years of relevant work experience.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
* Must be physically capable of conducting field inspections and participate in project walk downs which require the following activities: extensive walking in and around a construction site, climbing ladders, climbing scaffolding, walking on elevated platforms, walking on uneven surfaces, climbing in very small and/or confined spaces.
* Demonstrated technical expertise and knowledge of indirects management.
* Experience utilizing and sourcing services from BEO, managing the project CES and Small Tools programs.
* Knowledge of trade tools to meet work requirements on a heavy industrial project.
* Possesses written and verbal communication skills, particularly negotiating and conflict resolution abilities. Strong organization and planning skills desired.
* Proficient in Microsoft word processing, spreadsheet and database applications in accordance with current BSAP standards .
* Planning, scheduling and forecasting knowledge required.
* Must be familiar with the Bechtel Business Ethics handbook and policies.
* Must have knowledge and understanding of the requirements of the Bechtel Environmental, Safety & Health (ES&H) Core Processes and Bechtel's "Zero Accidents" philosophy.

Job Summary:

# Job Summary:
Assigned to the project team as a representative of the Construction functional group and serves as a link between Construction and other members of the project team. Ensures that construction requirements are made known to the project team in a timely manner and obtains construction responses to the needs of other members of the project team. # Job Summary:
In this role, you will lead a team and manage Site Supervision, Field Engineering, and other support organizations (e.g., Safety, Project Controls) in planning and executing the Indirects scope of the project. You will oversee team activities, coordinate subcontractor efforts, and foster team development while ensuring effective job site planning and organization. This includes making sure project personnel have the necessary tools to work productively, adhere to project policies and procedures, and meet performance expectations related to specifications, schedules, and budgets. Reporting to the assigned Site Construction Manager, you will provide technical and administrative direction to superintendents, engineers, coordinators, administrators, and others within your area. * Manages the development of materials, scheduling training, documentation of course attendance and development .
Education and Experience Requirements:
* Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 5-8 years of relevant experience or 9-12 years of relevant work experience.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
* Responsible for the development and maintenance of LMS training profiles for construction site personnel.
* Responsible for ensuring construction training requirements are assigned to project employees in other functions/departments as required.
* Ensure the LMS is updated with the required training for the position or job function determined by Construction.
* Works proactively and coordinates and interfaces with Project management and staff.
* Can act independently as a point of contact for construction-related training inquiries.
* Helps with the creation of training qualification descriptions as applicable to procedures, OSHA Regulations, CFRs, and FMCSR.
* Responsible for the scheduling of training for construction craft professionals consistent with the approved Site Training Matrix
* Manages any requested training reports and periodic assessments of training.
* Help ensure individuals complete their required training in a timely manner by running and providing the necessary reports and communication.
* Manages the arrangement of appropriate presenters and classrooms for training sessions as identified. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Additional Qualifications:
* Experience with and/or knowledge of learning management systems/applications and training procedures.
* Must be authorized to work and remain in the United States without Bechtel visa sponsorship now or in the future.
* Must be able to complete and pass a pre-employment drug screen, physical (if located at the construction site), and background check which includes verification of employment and education.

Requirements:
CERTIFICATES/LICENSES:
Certification required for operation of forklift and/or pallet jack.
Other city, county, state, or federal certifications may be required.
COMMUNICATION:

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance manuals.
COMPUTER:
Basic computer skills preferred.
EDUCATION:
High School diploma or general education degree (GED); or related job experience and/or training are preferred.
EQUIPMENT:
Required to use or operate pallet jack, forklift, box cutters, two-wheeler, six-wheeler, baler, ladder, etc.
EXPERIENCE:
Previous stocking experience preferred.
