Production Specialist I - 1st Shift, 6:00am-2:30pm Job Scope Execute filling, filling support processes, and in-process quality control checks according to standard operation procedures. Maintain working knowledge of cGMP requirements to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures. Set up and operates filling equipment in clean room and non-clean room environments to produce work in process and finished components. Job Responsibilities and Duties Competent to complete cGMP filling documentation. Clean, prepare, and set-up production equipment for processing operations. Operate production equipment in clean room and non-clean room environment. Perform in-process quality checks for specific quality attributes (fill check, torque check and label check, etc.). Inspect product for defects and conformance to quality standards. Clean work area and production equipment. Decontaminate work surfaces in accordance with defined procedures. Be aware of and understand the hazards specific to your work area and follow appropriate safety precautions necessary to control them. Demonstrate competency in Diasorin's safety policies and procedures and be aware of the hazards specific to the work area. Qualifications H.S. Diploma or equivalent and 1+ years manufacturing experience in related field required. Experience in biotechnology / medical device fields preferred. Ability to read, write and speak in English. Ability to use basic math functions in documentation process. Experience working with Microsoft Office programs. Attention to detail. Independently operate all machinery as assigned. JOB SUMMARY The Indirect Procurement The manager oversees the entire procurement process-from developing sourcing strategies to handling daily operations-for all indirect spending and services, except all inventory utilized in the internal manufacturing process, or those intended for resale to customers.
