Job Description This role will be based in New York. The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team. In Go-To Market Enablement, our vision is to build the world's leading data driven Enablement engine that connects LinkedIn's solutions with customer needs at scale. We enable every member of LinkedIn's Global Business Organization with the process, skills and tools, needed to deliver value in their current role, and the next. The LMS Enablement team is responsible for overseeing the development of scalable, flexible global Onboarding, product, tools, coaching and skill enablement programs that can be deployed and customized regionally and per segment. Aligned with the Global VP of Sales, the leader of this team is an expert who knows how to drive field transformation that increases our customers' value and partnership with LinkedIn. They know how to build a roadmap and approach for all enablement efforts to ensure that behavior change sticks, and how to tie Enablement work to business impact. They lead a high performing global team in a fast-paced and accelerating environment. Responsibilities: Building the multi-year global Enablement roadmap including setting vision, strategy, operations and success criteria. Understanding the Sales Organization's business plan and priorities; and leveraging sales and program data to recommend clear, strategic and prioritized programming that drives business impact across go to market, skills training and knowledge transfer. Global oversight of all Enablement programs, change management, and sales performance consulting functions. Working successfully with leadership of Product Marketing, Sales Operations, Business Productivity, Sales, Enablement and other teams across LinkedIn to ensure the effective development and long term adoption of Enablement initiatives Demonstrating exceptional communications skills to deliver recommendations that serve global Marketing Solutions leadership in achieving their plan, connecting the dots between enablement, sales goals, and other strategic initiatives impacting the business Developing, executing and analyzing key operational processes that increase the team's productivity. Is responsible for increasing speed and agility in executing LMS-wide training priorities, including innovating and driving high leverage Enablement ideas that extend beyond training. Overseeing effective budget including contractor and vendor resources Qualifications Basic Qualifications: 7+ years people leadership experience with a track record of managing leaders 10+ years combined experience in sales enablement, sales, sales strategy, business transformation, sales operations and/or learning & development Preferred Qualifications: MBA, Master in Organizational Behavior, or equivalent master degree 3+ years global team leadership experience and managing managers Capability to drive large, multi-year and multi-departmental sales transformation (behavior change) initiatives Expertise in sales skills enablement, sales coaching enablement, global sales onboarding, sales go-to-market, sales effectiveness consulting, and/or product launch enablement. Experience in Sales, Customer Success, Consulting and/or program management in an advertising, media, or tech environment Ability to lead large, geographically diverse teams across multiple time zones Exceptional strategic executive relationship development and communications skills Ability to navigate complex, fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environments, bringing key stakeholders along to collectively deliver on business goals Ability to inspire around a vision and drive outcomes that meet business objectives. The pay range for this role is 190,000-308,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
