Input of employee census information and updates on the Relius system. Verify payroll and census information for retirement plan services' clients. Preparation of various reports by account, plan, and/or Company, as requested by the department Officer or Management. Answering questions/inquiries from retirement plan participants and service providers. Assist and interact with participants and plan sponsors with website access and activity by way of in person, email, phone, fax and mail. Assist the department Manager with plan reports, as needed. Assist with organizing schedules and work output for the Department. Assist with the preparation and distribution of participant education materials. Knowing and adhering to current Wealth Company policies and procedures. Responsible for promoting teamwork and open communication among all functions of the Holding Company and with Subsidiaries. Responsible for promoting the organization in the community through participation in various civic and community events, activities, committees, and organizations.
