Experience in the petroleum industry is preferred but not required. The right candidate will have a Class A CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements and a minimum of 1 year's tractor/trailer driving experience. The employee will work on an “as needed” basis subject to being called in on short notice by the Center Supervisor. Establishes clear goals and objectives for Team Members. Provides coaching, training, and feedback to improve Team Members daily performance. Generate sales reports, maintain inventory, and assist with other Salon Director functions. Assist the Salon Director in controlling top line revenue and expenses. Help to maintain proper staffing levels to ensure maximum productivity and excellent customer service while also controlling labor costs. Ability to work nights as well as Saturdays and Sundays as required to provide management coverage. Has reliable ability and transportation to go to the bank as needed. Candidate should expect to work five days per week, and approximately a 40-to-45-hour work schedule depending on hourly or salary status. Experience: College education preferred, but not required. Management and/or Sales experience required. Basic Computer skills (ability to use Word, Excel, and Outlook) Ability to manage effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple situations simultaneously. Knowledge of client service techniques and operational practices. Problem-solving and organizational/planning skills.
