Know and understand the ISO 9001/AS 9100 and Nadcap procedures and requirements
Perform daily maintenance using a checklist
Verify settings for special process approvals
Communicate any questions and verify completeness and accuracy
Understand, use, and follow work instructions
Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED
Sinker EDM experience; preferred
Machining experience a plus
Strong Mechanical aptitude
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously

This is a full-time, 2nd-shift position with benefits, in a rapidly growing aerospace company that prioritizes investment in its business and employees.

Key Responsibilities:
Fabricate and modify parts to create or repair machine tools, utilizing knowledge of mechanics, mathematics, metal properties, and machining procedures.
Set up and operate Prototrak equipment.
Determine necessary tasks to complete machined products efficiently.
Perform machining operations such as turning, reaming, boring, facing, and threading parts.
Build product acceptance tooling and gauges.
Follow job routers and blueprints to determine machining requirements, including sequences of operations, tooling, feeds, and speeds.
Verify products and work for conformance to specifications.

Willingness to learn and grow in the role.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Prototrak experience is a must.
Position Demands:
Lift and/or move up to 25 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods.
Perform bending, twisting, turning, carrying, walking, sitting, stooping, and kneeling.
Pass vision screenings.
Perform repetitive duties, such as hammering a part to specification.
Work extended hours during peak workloads or special projects.
Schedule:
Training: Monday - Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
Overtime may be required daily and on Fridays.
2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM
Overtime may be required daily and on Sundays.
Eligibility Requirements:
This role is restricted to U.S. persons (U.S. citizens, permanent residents, and other protected individuals under the Immigration and Naturalization Act, 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)) due to access to export-controlled technology. Proof of status will be required prior to employment.
