Made Possible.** **Role** + In accordance with company policies and procedures, work to ensure quality cartons are produced, machine speeds and customer standards are maintained safely. **Responsibilities** + Knowledge and experience with operating Bobst Die Cutters 145 and 162. + Responsible for press make ready: adjust press to accommodate for new product sheets being cut (set feeder, lock up die, set stripper, blanker, and delivery). + Be able to set guides, feeders and load dies (weighing approx. 150 lbs.) into cutting press with assistance. + Inspect quality of each load run: responsible for checking random sheets from each cut load to ensure high quality standards. + When cutting problems are encountered, the Operator is to flag and isolate poorly produced materials (all defective loads are to be tagged). + Operator is to make proper corrections before continuing the order. + Must be able to perform Pre-Make ready and Die-Prep duties + Maintain written records of production.
