GD refers to Grade Delay and is often mentioned on report cards or academic records when the instructor of a particular subject decides to hold the grade of a student. 12. Extrusion
- Establish and post all standard work for all of the extrusion lines, example start up and shut down procedures.
- Designed and tuned multi-durometer plastic profile extrusion dies and auxiliary tooling using CAD and Polyflow (CFD/FEA).
13. Unigraphics
- Created new and re-engineered existing designs for both transfer and progressive dies, using Unigraphics NX3 and NX5.
- Utilize NC Cutting Program in Unigraphics to generate foam model for production.
14. Shop Floor
