PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Fabricate and repair parts for prototype equipment components and assistance with assembly of machinery as needed.
2. Install parts on production equipment as requested.
3. Fabricate parts for production equipment.
4.Assist in the troubleshooting of production equipment as needed.
5. May be required to order materials and schedule tool room work for others as necessary.
6.Recommend and make modifications as necessary.
7.Assist engineers in solving problems.
8.Perform miscellaneous tasks that improve through put of the Tool room.
9. Thorough training in machine shop and tool room practice required.
10. Have ability to run machine tools in the shop (CNC mills, lathes, grinders, torches, welders, heat treat, saws)
11. Have the ability to use all hand and measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, indicators, travel dials, etc.)
12. Ability to work with all set-ups, machine designers, Engineers on plant wide projects, with a proven strength in walk-ins and hot jobs.
13. Other duties as required to support the needs of the business.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
