Decent on-boarding process.

It was obvious my team lead was very frustrated juggling their roles and responsibilities. Unprofessional behavior and language in proximity of our customers, frequent microaggressions.

I liked what I was doing as a technician.

My local leadership team had few attributes. The corporate leadership team was alright. Certainly not stellar.

Hire better candidates.

I knew I could perform the tasks based on the job description, and showcased my talents accordingly.

Low.

Not a priority for me. Getting the job done, well, on time, that is what matters.

Salary

The reason I like working for DN is the WFH option. There are not many companies with this option anymore. Secondly, I love the people I work with. All of us put full energy into our work.

Wincor Nixdorf was a great company to work for since Diebold took over it has gone downhill, almost gone into administration as debt mounting, all employee facilities are taken away with new contracts in place, every month changes within the company without even notifying, all in all DN has become with who cares attitiude towards employee, no career progress , mainly it is who you know and not what you know within managements , lot of back stabbing among employees, sad to say DN have turn WN to a hell .

Management do not care for the talented, no respect and lot of back stabbing.

I had possibility to chose my own way to develop contents logistics processes and management there.

I don't like that project finished.

I had possibility to chose my working hours and it was easier for me to shedule call with people, who are living in different countries.
