Pros of working at Dierbergs Markets

Work with a great group of people and the hours are pretty flexible.

Cons of working at Dierbergs Markets

The union that you must be part of doesn’t help when you need them the most and Dierbergs refuses to honor raises when minimum wage increases. Been there for years and am making as much as someone who just got hired yesterday.

Dierbergs Markets benefits

None. I don’t get any perks or benefits, not even an employee discount.
