Having the ability to pour in some knowledge to the young drivers so they will be better equipped to handle the industry. the director on down are very good at management and scheduling , when you are dealing with senior instructors , off time is major due to doctor appts and so on.
the training facility need upgrading , outside is dusty and the summertime heat is at your own risk as far as ice ,water , shelter. There is no retirement package ,nor 401k or profit sharing.
weekends and holidays off, that becomes more important for older staff.
The CEO is present somtimes, the leadership team does a great job

its about half of what i was making as a driver.

the students become almost like your own children and its a great joy to see your student graduate on the first test.
