As a mechanic on these crews, you will be responsible for maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing RailJet and other field equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations. Qualifications * Ability to obtain client-required Rail certification. * Proficiency in mechanical diagnostics, repair, and maintenance of heavy equipment. * Expertise in shotcrete and grout pump operation preferred (training provided if necessary). * Minimum of 2 years' experience in heavy equipment maintenance, with hands-on repair experience. * Prior Railroad experience or equivalent field construction experience preferred. * Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues and implement solutions quickly. * Strong organizational and time-management skills. * Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and project plans. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on teamwork and safety.
