Job Objective: The Mechanical Integrity Lead will serve as the technical authority and program lead, guiding Harvest and contract Facility Inspectors in maintaining the integrity of Facility Fixed Equipment (vessels, tanks, piping, and pipelines) across Harvest Midstream assets in the Lower 48 and Alaska. This role is responsible for developing, maintaining and executing inspection strategies for facility fixed equipment and piping that meet regulatory requirements and align with Harvest Midstream risk management practice. This may be an office-based role in Houston or a field-based role at certain existing Harvest field facilities (Bloomfield NM, Vernal UT, Rock Springs WY, Alliance Terminal LA) working a typical 5 day per week schedule.
