The Heavy Equipment Lube Tech is responsible for fueling, greasing, and performing routine service checks on heavy construction equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation. This role supports mechanics and operators by maintaining proper fluid levels, performing preventative maintenance tasks, and identifying potential issues before they become major repairs. Key Responsibilities Fuel, grease, and service heavy equipment daily in compliance with company standards. Inspect and maintain fluid levels (engine oil, coolant, hydraulic oil, transmission fluid, etc.). Perform routine inspections to identify leaks, loose parts, and visible wear. Operate lube/fuel truck safely and efficiently to service equipment across job sites. Track and log service records for all equipment maintained. Report any mechanical or safety issues to mechanics and supervisors immediately. Assist mechanics with minor repairs and preventive maintenance as needed. Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and company regulations. Keep equipment and fueling areas clean and organized. Preventive Maintenance Perform scheduled preventive maintenance services including oil changes, filter replacements, and lubrication of moving parts. Inspect belts, hoses, batteries, and hydraulic systems for signs of wear. Maintain preventive maintenance logs and report all findings to the equipment manager. Coordinate with mechanics to schedule equipment downtime for preventive maintenance. Ensure preventive maintenance is completed on time with minimal equipment downtime. Qualifications Minimum 3 years' experience in heavy equipment fueling, oiling, or related field. Valid CDL with hazmat/tanker endorsement preferred. Knowledge of heavy equipment lubrication requirements and service practices. Ability to operate service trucks and fueling equipment safely. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. Physical ability to climb, lift, and work outdoors in all conditions.

Sets up and operates variety of manual and power machines to cut, form, swage, flare, and burr tubing according to specifications. 4. Performs single bend operations using the semi automatic tube bender. 5. Attaches fittings, such as nuts, sleeves, collars, and caps, to tubing components, using hand tools and machines. 6. Aligns, fits, and assembles tubing components in jigs and fixtures for subsequent welding. 7. Measures and inspects tubing components for conformance to customer and Stratoflex requirements using the following devices, height gauge, bevel protractor, calipers, ball gauges, stanchions, fixtures, CMM, Aicon System and visual controls. 8. Tests tubing assemblies for leaks and other defects, using pressure-testing equipment. 9. Marks identifying information on tubing, using electro-chemical etching device, label, or other method. 10. Cleans and lubricates tubing and assemblies. 11. Removes minor imperfections by use of mechanical or manual methods according to approved process instructions Secondary Responsibilities/Non Essential Functions: 1. Actively participates in lean initiatives by identifying and providing suggestions on areas for improvement. Applies lean concepts and tools in work areas. 2. May assist in training less experienced team members. 3. Job Summary The Field Forklift Technician will be responsible for inspecting, servicing, troubleshooting, and repairing various Material Handling Equipment (MHE). Key Job Responsibilities Perform routine preventative maintenance on Material Handling Equipment (MHE). Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair MHE including, but not limited to: Liquid Propane, Gas and Diesel engines, Transmissions, Hydraulic Systems, Steering Systems, Electrical Systems, and Brakes. Read and interpret maintenance manuals, service bulletins, and other specifications. Provide Information and recommend services to the Sales team. Manage work orders (paper and digital) for each job in a timely manner. Perform hazard assessments and maintain a high standard of safe work practices and quality control. Follow company and OSHA safety rules and guidelines. Avoid injuries and damage to property, loss of unused materials and clean-up of work area debris. Completes all necessary company training in a timely manner. Other duties as assigned by supervisor. Key Performance Measurements A score card that reflects performance in areas such as safety, completion time for projects, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution. Management observation regarding attitude, diligence, team contributions, and willingness & ability to learn new skills and information. Other key metrics prescribed by Elite Material Handling leadership, resulting in positive customer and Company impact. Requirements: Experience in repair and maintenance of: Electrical, Diesel and Internal Combustion Forklifts; Aerial Lifts; Lift Trucks; and other related material handling equipment. Minimum of 2 years is highly preferred. Ability to thrive in a fast paced, technology driven, service environment. Possess strong teamwork skills. Ability to multi-task. Ability to utilize the available time to organize and complete work within given deadlines. Must be able to communicate effectively, verbal and written, with management and customers. Able to manage time effectively, as well as complete service reports, timecards and parts ordering. Must have schedule flexibility, as services may be performed during evenings, weekends or holidays. Willingness to work overtime. High School Diploma or GED is required. Must be able to pass a standard Department of Transportation (DOT) physical. The selected candidate will be required to pass a criminal history background check.
