Ford Certification Previous experience at a Ford dealership Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Automotive Technician, with a Master Technician certification preferred. Thorough knowledge of automotive systems, mechanics, and components. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. Proficient with diagnostic tools and equipment. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
