In this full-time role, you will be responsible for the inspection, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of amusement rides and related equipment to ensure optimal performance and guest safety. Read and interpret technical documentation, including manufacturer manuals, service guides, and mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic blueprints, to support accurate repairs and component replacements. Support other maintenance activities and projects as assigned by leadership. Qualifications: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required. Valid state driver's license. 2-4 years of verifiable experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably in an industrial or amusement park setting. Solid understanding of basic mechanical principles, including gear ratios, torque, proper use of hand tools, and mechanical terminology. Familiarity with power transmission components such as bearings, bushings, couplers, and shafting. Demonstrated knowledge of pneumatic and/or hydraulic systems; proficiency in both is preferred.
