Diagnose and repair minor mechanical problems with kitchen equipment such as stoves, dishwashers, and refrigeration units
Conduct regular maintenance to ensure all kitchen equipment is functioning properly
Keep up with technological advances in the food service industry and staying abreast of changes in regulations related to health codes and other applicable laws
Set up new kitchen equipment according to manufacturer instructions and hotel requirements
Work with vendors to purchase necessary parts for repairs
Troubleshooting mechanical issues with kitchen equipment and making the appropriate repairs in a timely manner
Provide training to staff on proper use of kitchen equipment, safety protocols, and maintenance procedures

This person will perform a variety of duties designed to service, repair and maintain Boart Longyear's Fleet of Sonic Drill Heads and support equipment.
Must have the ability to diagnose mechanical problems in equipment and be able to perform quick turnaround to get these drill heads back in operation.
Mechanic must be able to remain in a standing position for extended periods of time. You need to be able to lift your arms above shoulder level to install and remove broken or worn-out components.
You must have skills in the care and use of hand and power tools and be able to manipulate these tools in areas of limited space.
You must be able to work safely and adhere to all policies and requirements
Perform routine maintenance of equipment
Willing to work in adverse weather conditions
Be willing to travel
Must be able to work well with others and have a positive attitude
