Key Responsibilities: Supervise and perform daily maintenance, repairs, and adjustments on QubicaAMF 8270 pinsetters, lanes, scoring systems, ball returns, and other essential equipment. Develop and implement a preventative maintenance schedule to minimize downtime and extend equipment life. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues promptly and effectively. Maintain inventory of parts, tools, and supplies Coordinate ordering and manage vendor relationships. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies. Train, lead, and schedule assistant mechanics or technicians. Collaborate with management to support center operations, including readiness for leagues, tournaments, and special events. Maintain accurate maintenance records and service logs. Assist in facility upkeep beyond lanes, including lighting, HVAC, and minor building repairs as needed. Qualifications: 10+ years of hands-on experience pinsetters or similar bowling equipment required. Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills. Previous supervisory or lead mechanic experience preferred. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
