Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $18.00 and $22.00 per hour. Responsibilities Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership. Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment. Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc. Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers are informed if any additional service is needed. Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs. Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications. What You'll Be Doing: Performs various manual or mechanical production functions by operating, adjusting, troubleshooting and repairing the production equipment to meet customer specifications. Assists in the disassembly, overhaul, and rebuilding of production equipment. Performs and assists in preventative maintenance on production equipment as required including track work, elevator, and complete maintenance of the line. While the regular workweek of this position is usually eight (8) hours per day, Monday through Friday, working hours may vary as specified by management.
