Attached to the Production Manager and integrated into a team, your main tasks and responsibilities will be:
Assembling (install or disassemble) nacelles, engine systems, nacelle components or equipment in accordance with the defined process, using all the recommended means and respecting the Quality, HSE and planning requirements.
Making sure of the availability and the conformity of the documentation (complete file and coherent indices) necessary for the realization of the operation of assembly and / or dismantling.
Making sure of the availability and the validity of the means of production, the products used and the necessary parts for the realization of the operation of assembly and / or disassembly.
Reporting any failure.
Handling the nacelle elements for making available on the workstation / tool mounting.
Installing of all Nacelle and Engine hardware to include but not limited to rivets, screws, bolts, nuts etc....
Adjusting some elements following the settings of the Nacelle after Engine installation and on delivery trolley equipment.
Carrying out touch up painting and minor cosmetic improvement repairs and or rework
Clearly completing the associated documents, which aim in particular to guarantee the traceability of the operations carried out.
Maintaining your workstation, your tool and your work area in accordance with all FOD policy both on site and at the customer's facility.
Identifying and reporting in real time all problems encountered and HSE risks to your manager. Along with all the disruptions from your normal operating procedures.
Participating in continuous improvement actions of the production process. And Real Time Problem Resolution activity.
Be willing to perform any task and or job requirements handed down by upper operations managing support team.
Be willing to follow all the instructions provided by leadership in accomplishing the teams goals to satisfy the customer's needs and demands.

The Role
Fabricates and installs a variety of sheet metal such as ductwork, venting systems, main engine exhaust, metal containers and instrumentation panels. Plan and lay out work from blueprints, drawings, and other specifications, using shop mathematics.
Must Have
Requires a minimum of four (4) years of sheetmetal experience or related craft experience in joiner, shipfitting, and/or carpentry.
Nice to Have
Prefer candidates with the ability to set up and operate a variety of sheetmetal machines such as brakes and shears, pass a skill assessment test, ability to read marine blueprints, and work from standard and metric specifications.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Performs oil changes, brake service, replace axle seal, axle bearings.
Performs routine small engine repairs and maintenance for Tribal Operations.

Analyzes whether a repair can be successfully complete in-house and when an outside vendor must be contracted.
Coordinates with the Foreman-Mechanic Shop any outside repair bids and monitors the competency and cost efficiency of outside repair work/vendors in accordance with the Procurement and Fiscal Policies and Procedures.
Keeps an accurate record of all servicing and repairs
Performs preventive maintenance and service on diesel engines and assets, including heavy equipment, motor coaches, and buses.
Completes overall vehicle inspection and submits completed work order to appropriate supervisor.
Ensures safe effective repair, replacement, maintenance of diesel engine vehicles, small engines, and fleet assets.
Prioritizes work and coordinates with the Diesel/Heavy Equipment Mechanic.
Assists the Diesel/Heavy Equipment Mechanic as needed.

Job Requirements
Must have one of the following:
a. Associate's Degree in Automotive Technology with two (2) years of related employment experience; or

Knowledge of diesel and gasoline powered equipment preferred.

Duties and Responsibilities **You would be assigned to one of these stations**
Electrical:
Electrical assembly of classic cars and trucks to include but not limited to 12v wiring and layout of electrical harness throughout vehicle, dash and engine bay, complex relay systems, audio and amp wiring, and integration of multiple aftermarket modules and systems.
Chassis:
Chassis assembly of classic cars and trucks to include but not limited to installing leaf springs, shocks, axles, steering box, fuel tank, brake lines, engine, transmission, and other components.
Mechanical:
Mechanical assembly of classic cars and trucks to include but not limited to drivetrains, 12v wiring, radiators, AC line fabrication, control pack installation, dash components and gauges, chassis setup and assembly, braking systems and minor fabrication.
Assembly:
Final assembly of classic cars and trucks to include but not limited to painted sheet metal, door internals, interiors, brightwork and minor 12v wiring.
Test and Tune:
Test and tune of classic cars and trucks to include but not limited to alignments, testing and repairs of electrical components, inspection of completed work, checking for leaks, testing operation of every component of each vehicle, test drive vehicles and closely monitor quality of drivability.
Refit, Hitlist, Post-Production:
Postproduction repairs and adjustments of classic cars and trucks to include but not limited to 12v wiring repairs, refit of accessories, test driving, problem solving, panel adjustments, door internal adjustments and warranty repairs.
