Responsibilities
Perform safety and mechanical inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on crushing plants, screens, conveyours, feeders, and support systems of the plant and equipment
Conduct preventative maintenance (PMs) including lubrication, fluid changes, screen replacements, belt adjustments, and component inspections
Replace bearings, rollers, pumps, motors, hoses, cylinders, and structural components as needed
Assist with plant rebuilds, relocations, and major shutdown maintenance
Complete detailed maintenance logs and work orders
Operate loaders, excavators, water trucks, haul trucks, skid steers, and other equipment as needed to support operations
Safely move materials, load stokepiles, and assist with plant cleanup and resets
Perform basic daily equipment checks before and after use
Communicate equipment needs and repair timelines with supervisor and operators
Collaborate with plant and mobile equipment teams to minimize downtime
Assist in training operations on equipment care and inspection practices
Address any housekeeping issues within the workspace; maintain a clean and organized work area
Drive to various facilities to perform maintenance and repair tasks; may also include periodic work at ready-mix plants
Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance problems to ensure minimum cost and prevent operational delays, to include but not limited to: hydraulic, mechanical, and pueumatice system issues
Understand and comply with MSHA rules and regulations; follow MSHA, company policies, and lockout/tagout procedures at all times
Identify and report safety hazards and/or equipment concerns immediately
Participate in safety meetings, inspections, and training programs
Other duties as assigned by manager
Education
High school diploma/GED
Requirements/Qualifications
Must have a valid drivers license
2-5+ years of experience as a plant mechanic, or similar role
Experience with crushinng equipment (impact, jaw, cone crushers)
Knowledge of conveyor alignment, belt tracking, and belt splicing
Strong mechanical and hydraulic troubleshooting skills
Welding, fabrication, or cutting torch experience preferred
Provide own tools typically used in aggregate facility maintenance
Physical requirements: able to lift or move up to 100 lbs., stand, walk, climb, bend, stretch, kneel, crouch, and drive on rough terrain
Able to work in wet and/or dry conditions and extreme heat and cold
Strong communication, problem solving and leadership skills
Able to work well with others in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work extended hours or variable shifts as needed
Knowledge and experience in the operation and maintenance of crushers, wash plants, conveyors, material washers and various other types of fixed equipment used in the industry
Experience operating heavy equipment (e.g. loaders, excavators, ADTs, dozers and water trucks)
Follow MSHA, company safety policies, and lockout/tagout procedures at all times
Current MSHA training certification preferred

Summary:

What will you be doing?
The aircraft mechanic is responsible for performing various maintenance functions on company aircraft in accordance with all company policies and procedures as well as all federal aviation regulations.
Essential Functions
The Aircraft Maintenance Mechanic (“A&P Mechanic”) is a working member of the maintenance organization and is tasked with completing required maintenance on aircraft in a timely manner and in accordance with policy and procedure. Duties of this position include, but are not limited to:
Perform and assist approved work by their leads within the scheduled shift.
Ensure completeness of all assigned work documents and records.
Seek on-the-job training during work shift to ensure proper qualification standards are met and maintained.
Has the authority to perform engine run and aircraft taxi as authorized by Frontier Airlines qualification
Has the authority to operate various ground support equipment (GSE) and passenger vehicles limited to airport operations movement area with a current and valid U.S. state issued motor vehicle driver's license, a Frontier Airlines driving endorsement, an airport qualification and a signed movement area limitation Memorandum Of Understanding (MOU) on file.
Has the authority to operate various passenger vehicles on public roads and offsite facilities outside of airport operations area with a valid U.S. state issued motor vehicle driver's license in the operator's possession for 3 years, a Frontier Airlines driving endorsement and an airport qualification Coordinate all activities with lead mechanic in charge or station supervisor.
Research all pertinent information and material for work scheduled on aircraft.
Maintain cleanliness of maintenance areas at all times.
Ensure a “clean as you go” job ethic is adhered to.
Ensure that all maintenance areas meet good “housekeeping” standards.
Ensure that all tools (both personal and company owned) are removed from the aircraft, aircraft engines, appliances, and components.
Always maintain positive tool control accountability.
Immediately report lost and/or found tools to management.
Follow all rules and regulations in order to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
Research all pertinent information and material for work scheduled on aircraft.
Input necessary data into the maintenance tracking software systems.
Enter completed work into maintenance tracking software systems.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Comply with and implement the necessary procedures in the MEL/CDL/NEF Program.
Monitor the proper completion of aircraft records (e.g., logbook pages, work cards, non-routines, engineering documents [EOs, EAs, etc.], and other related documents).
Ensure accuracy and completeness of all assigned work documents and records.
Make FMIS entries as required.
Vol.D Maintain familiarization with the training requirements necessary as defined in the GMM 100: Maintenance Training Program and ensure training is current prior to performing the functions and tasks of this position.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Always follow (never deviate from) approved published procedures unless proper deviation is authorized.
Additional responsibilities, as follows, by job qualification area: Interior Crew - remove, repair, and reinstall aircraft interiors including seats, galleys, lavatories, sidewalls, ceilings, flooring, etc.
This is a bargaining unit position with schedule, shift and pay determined by seniority. All A&P Mechanics may be required to participate in AOG field trips as outlined in the labor contract.

As an Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing vehicles. You must be comfortable using the shops computer software and have extensive knowledge of vehicle systems.

Responsibilities
Use your expertise and diagnostic tools to evaluate vehicle malfunction codes
Assist with establishing service center procedures for tracking repair status, maintaining technical documentation, and other necessary protocols
Carry out routine vehicle maintenance tasks such as tire rotations, oil changes, and brake pad replacements
Conduct in-depth vehicle inspections of all systems, including engine, transmission, and brakes
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business
Convey necessary vehicle repair information to service writer, in a clear and concise manner
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED preferred, depending on experience,
completion of an automotive service technician training program is preferred
Automotive Service Excellence/ASE certification or Society of Automotive Engineers/SAE certification is preferred Strong customer service and communications skills are required

Responsibilities:

The Aircraft Maintenance Technician is responsible for repairing aircraft, aircraft engines, and aircraft components in accordance with applicable technical data, industry standards, and the Atlas Aircraft Center “Repair Station Manual.” Technicians need to have a good comprehension of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic disciplines as they apply to aircraft systems. The available shift is Friday-Monday 8:30am-7pm.

Airframe and Powerplant license
3 Years' aircraft maintenance experience preferred

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Ensure comprehension of assigned task(s) before initiating maintenance. If necessary, communicate concerns or questions with the Maintenance Supervisor.
Perform maintenance with the highest quality of workmanship avoiding any act which may endanger personnel or cause damage to equipment and articles.
Perform all maintenance using proper tools and equipment.
Ensure that the manufacturer's safety precautions are taken before initiating maintenance.
Complete Work Order package forms in accordance with the instructions contained in Appendix A of the Atlas Repair Station Manual.
Notify the appropriate Supervisor immediately of any condition that arises which might represent a problem or unsafe condition.
Maintain tools, equipment, and the work area in a safe and orderly condition.
The work environment consists of an air-conditioned hangar , with occasional outdoor work.
Training provided by Atlas Aircraft Center, Inc. consists of extensive initial training to become familiar with both the AAC and the PlaneSense program. AAC technicians attend factory training with Pilatus, engine training with Pratt & Whitney, ongoing education through FAA-sponsored classes, component instruction, continuous on-the-job training, and more!
