Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Required: High school diploma or equivalent. Must have FAA-issued Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certificate. Electrical, technical, or mechanical aptitude. Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record per company policy. Compliance with FAA/DOT Drug and Alcohol Testing Program. Preferred: Two or more years of hands-on experience working with the company's aircraft type. Prior field maintenance or flight support experience. WORKING CONDITIONS Work primarily performed in a hangar or outdoor ramp environment. Exposure to aircraft noise, moving mechanical parts, and hazardous materials. Requires standing, bending, kneeling, climbing ladders/lifts, and lifting up to 80 pounds. Requires manual dexterity, speaking, seeing, and hearing to conduct business. Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required. Travel up to 25% to support field maintenance or customer sites. Smoke-free, drug- and alcohol-free workplace.
