Job Duties
Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair Crown and all other makes of lift trucks.
Perform all assigned planned maintenance on customer lift trucks.
Maintain a service van and its inventory.
Process paperwork after completion of each job.
Minimum Qualifications
Less than 2 years related experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license, good driving record, and ability to safely operate lift trucks.
Preferred Qualifications
Good mechanical and electrical aptitudes, knowledge of electrical/electronic systems and hydraulics and internal combustion engines, and the ability to read and understand electrical and hydraulic schematics.
Good written/verbal communication and customer care skills.
Technical degree, previous lift truck repair, welding experience, and knowledge of various types of testing equipment preferred.
Familiar with tools and equipment such as common hand tools, electrical/air tools, torch, arc welder and various types of testing equipment.
Industry related training is preferred
Ability to read and understand service manuals, plan, and follow-through

Reads blueprints, specifications, and work orders to assess work required. Makes calculations and uses measuring devices for layout work.
Determines installation and repair methods based on blueprints, specifications, and work orders

Uses tools to measure, cut, bend, and thread lengths of pipe and to install and repair pipe systems
Inspects and tests installed systems and equipment to ensure proper working order, detect and repair leakages, and to ensure compliance with safety and municipal standards. Installs, cleans and replaces tanks, safety valves, air vents, pipe traps, pressure gauges, gaskets, filters, and fittings.

Follow all safety protocols and regulations

Minimum Qualifications
* Less than 2 years related experience

* Valid driver's license, good driving record, and ability to safely operate lift trucks.
Preferred Qualifications
* Good mechanical and electrical aptitudes, knowledge of electrical/electronic systems and hydraulics and internal combustion engines, and the ability to read and understand electrical and hydraulic schematics.
* Good written/verbal communication and customer care skills.
* Technical degree, previous lift truck repair, welding experience, and knowledge of various types of testing equipment preferred.

* Industry related training is preferred
* Ability to read and understand service manuals, plan, and follow-through

**Responsibilities :**
+ Perform preventative and corrective maintenance of ride and show mechanical assets or equipment
+ Respond promptly to trouble tickets at a park or attraction
+ Perform daily checks, startup or shutdown sequencing of a ride

Key Responsibilities of the Pipefitter Mechanic include:
Reads blueprints, specifications, and work orders to assess work required. Makes calculations and uses measuring devices for layout work.
Determines installation and repair methods based on blueprints, specifications, and work orders
Removes damaged, defective or obsolete pipes and pipe systems
Uses tools to measure, cut, bend, and thread lengths of pipe and to install and repair pipe systems
Inspects and tests installed systems and equipment to ensure proper working order, detect and repair leakages, and to ensure compliance with safety and municipal standards. Installs, cleans and replaces tanks, safety valves, air vents, pipe traps, pressure gauges, gaskets, filters, and fittings.
Operates specialized equipment and tools (e.g., cutters, hacksaws, torches, threaders) to cut, weld, solder, braze, and thread pipes to specification
Follow all safety protocols and regulations
Qualified candidates will have:
High School Diploma or G.E.D. (Preferred)
2 years minimum of experience as a Pipefitter mechanic or Jr Mechanic.
Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints.
