Install, maintain and repair all field devices for the Temperature Tracking System.
Participate in the testing of HVAC shutdown by duct smoke detectors.
Performs heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) maintenance on air conditioning units, fans, air handlers, water heaters, converters, duct work and system controls.
Request assistance from plumbers, painters, electricians, carpenters, and Building Engineers when necessary.
Coordinates inspections, repairs, and installation with staff and tenants in affected areas to minimize disruption of CNRIC operations.
Ensures compliance with department safety and quality standards to optimize effective utilization of resources and productivity.
Follow and implement standard Lock Out Tag Out procedures.

Qualifications:

The individual will serve under the direction of the RMMR Site Manager with duties that include performing all phases of work; working with several subcontractors or support staff; ensure compliance with all applicable construction codes, standards, and local regulations; ensuring on-site quality control and on-site safety requirements are met; responsible for all onsite and contractor-controlled documentation.

What You'll Do:
Perform routine maintenance inspections at various U.S. military locations in the continental United States, through anticipation and planning of recurring maintenance activities.
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain Class I, II and III hydrant systems including other supporting equipment and appurtenances.
Maintain fuel storage tanks, including inspection reports of the operations for unusual circumstances to include pressure changes, leaks, corrosion, etc.
Support development of scopes of work for repair and modification Service Orders for Department of Defense (DoD) Fuel facilities as part of the USACE RMMR program. Repairs will be developed in accordance with UFC 3-460-01 “Design: Petroleum Facilities,” American Petroleum Institute (API) Standard 650 “Advanced Tank & Construction,” and applicable Unified Facilities Guide Specifications (UFGS).
Diagnose and correct problems using test equipment, statistical, equipment history, manufactures specifications, and industry-related standards to avoid fuel spills or fuel facility related events.
Review repair specifications of equipment or components being purchased or fabricated for repair and construction projects, to ensure compliance with contractual requirements and material specifications. Procure material required by repair or maintenance work.
Maintain records relating to maintenance. Document and report all activities in a centrally managed maintenance management system.
Maintain good working relationship with coworkers and military management personnel utilizing good judgment in recognizing scope of authority. Investigate and adjust customer complaints and concerns regarding fuel systems maintenance.
Maintain knowledge of military standards, Unified Facilities Criteria (UFCs), EM-385-1-1 Safety and Health Requirements Manual, OSHA, EPA, and other industry standards.
Adhere to strictly enforced Health and Safety requirements with the highest quality standards expected.
Perform all other duties as prescribed by management.
What You'll Bring:
Two to five years of experience in liquid fuels maintenance or construction on various types of fuel systems that can include marine loading arms, bulk fuel facilities, hot pit fueling systems, gas station dispensing systems, cathodic protection systems, and leak detection systems. Monthly inspections of the extraction well vaults and any maintenance activities identified during the inspection.
Inspection and maintenance of the valves (testing opened and closed) and pressure relief valves on a monthly basis.
Assist in monitoring the pumping activities of each well system pump and, monthly, inspect the well system pumps by turning them on and off if they do not already cycle on at least a monthly basis.
Control vegetative growth on the outboard embankment with an annual herbicide application.
