Keep fleet in a high state of operational readiness. Essential Functions: Review daily truck reports and immediately repair any safety issues Perform lubrication, fluid check, and oil changes in accordance with company preventive maintenance schedules and vehicle manufacturer's recommendations. Conduct routine repairs on all vehicle systems and components including changing and rotating tires, brake repair, spring replacement, and troubleshooting and repair of a variety of truck systems maintenance issues. Perform all necessary vehicle inspections including state and federal D.O.T. Maintain and repair fuel pumping equipment, piping, ticket registers, and emergency shut-off systems.
