Job Description JOB STATEMENT: A Bottling Line Maintenance Mechanic, Level III will possess expert knowledge of bottling line equipment operations, processes, safety, and repair. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: • Understand and comply with all ISO 9001, HACCP and GMP requirements and processes • Has a strong command of all bottling line machinery and controls • Must have advanced mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills • Must be able to plug into a PLC to effectively troubleshoot, correct, and modify ladder logic programs as needed to keep production running. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $18.00 and $22.00 per hour. Responsibilities Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership. Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment. Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc. Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers are informed if any additional service is needed. Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs. Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
