Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues in diesel engines and related systems. Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, filter replacements, brake inspections, and fluid checks. Inspect and test vehicles and equipment to identify problems and ensure compliance with safety standards. Maintain detailed records of repairs, maintenance schedules, and parts inventory. This worker reads and interprets manufacturers' maintenance manuals, service bulletins, technical data, engineering data, and other specifications to determine feasibility and method of repairing or replacing malfunctioning or damaged components. Aircraft communications/navigation/electrical systems technicians, CH-53E, install, remove, inspect, test, maintain, and repair systems, components, and ancillary equipment of installed Aircraft Communications/Navigation/Electrical Systems to include Deceptive Electronic Countermeasures (DECM) Systems at the Organizational Maintenance Activity (OMA) level.
