Monitors all equipment so it operates under a continuous state of qualification as defined by cGMPs. Troubleshoot all vision systems/serialization equipment/barcode readers/PLCs as required. Work with Engineering to install, troubleshoot, and improve packaging equipment. Job Requirements: Packaging Line experience is preferred. (cGMP experience a plus) Strong technical background and mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot and repair equipment. Experience with PLCs, HMIs, and pneumatics is required. Knowledge of serialization. General technical expertise with electromechanical systems, Servo and PLC driven machinery; and thorough knowledge of various packaging machines, including cartooning, labeling, and liquid filling is required. 2 years of experience in a pharmaceutical environment is a plus. Ability to operate a fork truck is preferred.
