Responsibilities:
Perform preventative maintenance and inspections on heavy -duty trucks and trailers
Diagnose and repair diesel engines, air brakes, drivetrains, electrical systems, and hydraulic components
Complete DOT inspections and document findings accurately
Collaborate with service advisors and parts team to ensure timely repairs
Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with company and OSHA standards
Stay current with training on diagnostic tools and manufacturer procedures
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience as a DieselTechnician or Heavy Truck Mechanic
Familiarity with Class 8 trucks and related systems
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Own a basic set of tools (or access to shop tools)
CDL or ability to obtain preferred
ASE certifications or OEM training a plus
