Perform all job functions in compliance with OEM Specs, safety guidelines and company policies/procedures. Keep all work areas in a clean and orderly condition, clean and maintain equipment/tools and van. Communicate clearly with the Fleet team and building Managers/Supervisors/Leads. Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent A minimum 2 years' experience maintaining and repairing various mobile equipment (forklifts, floor scrubbers, stock pickers) Possess prior experience maintaining electric forklifts, Raymond or Toyota experience, preferred Knowledge of the equipment, its capabilities and operational requirements Possess knowledge of hydraulic lift systems, electronic control code and troubleshooting Demonstrate the ability to safely operate all mobile equipment.
