Job Summary
The Field Forklift Technician will be responsible for inspecting, servicing, troubleshooting, and repairing various Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
Key Job Responsibilities
Perform routine preventative maintenance on Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair MHE including, but not limited to: Liquid Propane, Gas and Diesel engines, Transmissions, Hydraulic Systems, Steering Systems, Electrical Systems, and Brakes.
Read and interpret maintenance manuals, service bulletins, and other specifications.
Provide Information and recommend services to the Sales team.
Manage work orders (paper and digital) for each job in a timely manner.
Perform hazard assessments and maintain a high standard of safe work practices and quality control.
Follow company and OSHA safety rules and guidelines. Avoid injuries and damage to property, loss of unused materials and clean-up of work area debris.
Completes all necessary company training in a timely manner.

You deserve to work in a clean, safe, and fun environment. Join our team as a skilled Maintenance Mechanic. Responsibilities Reports to the Fort Worth Division Maintenance Supervisor. Troubleshoot and diagnose causes of mechanical, pneumatic or hydraulic system malfunctions or failures on production equipment and execute the most feasible method of repair. Perform regular preventive maintenance on all machines, equipment, and systems. Maintain the facility. Other duties as required.
Qualifications
High school or technical diploma or equivalent practical experience plus two (2) or more years of related experience preferred. An assessment test will be administered. Requires knowledge of setup, standard operating procedures and required maintenance for a variety of machinery and equipment. Must be able to read blueprints and/or schematics. Requires working knowledge of hand tools, power tools, precision measuring instruments, and diagnostic testing equipment. Requires ability to use machine/equipment manuals and reference books and to work independently and as a team. Must have sound computer skills and strong communication skills. Focus on Safety and familiarity with safe work practices, including but not limited to Lockout/Tagout and Alternate Protective Measures is required. Physical aspects of job include standing, bending, squatting, leaning, kneeling, sitting. Ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted.

We have an immediate opening for a Mechanic in our Balch Spring, Texas location.
Primary Responsibilities include:
Responsible for ensuring quality of mechanical work performed on machinery and equipment with accuracy of paperwork related to these items
Plan, organize and prioritize repairs and maintenance as needed to efficiently manage and coordinate assigned work volumes and unexpected or emergency repairs.
Perform oil changes and routine preventative maintenance on various equipment.
Diagnostic and troubleshooting of equipment along with performing ultimate repair of equipment. Equipment to include, but not limited to small engine, all types of diesel and gas engines.
Welding and fabrication.
DOT Certification of equipment.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or Equivalent with Trade School or Mechanical Background
DOT Certified
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Leadership and motivational skills
Basic knowledge of computers and Windows based software
English required
Physical Demands
Must be able to lift 100 pounds on an as needed basis.
Standing, walking including uneven surfaces, turning, stooping, kneeling, crouching, speaking and hearing are required continuously.
Close vision is required for some functions and distance and peripheral vision is required for safety.
