Assists and/or leads crews in a broad range of preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and new equipment installations, and assists with planning and estimating costs of maintenance work. What You Will Do: As a Coke Florida Lead Fleet Technician, you will be responsible for scheduling and performing mechanical repairs and preventative maintenance on all company fleet vehicles. Lead fleet mechanics assist in the scheduling, coaching, and development of other team members. Roles and Responsibilities: Train, coach and provide day-to-day direction to team members as needed.
