The A-Level Technician is responsible for advanced diagnostics, major repairs, and proactive maintenance of fleet vehicles. Track daily vehicle reports, labor hours, maintenance, and repair records to ensure all maintenance files are accurate and current. Conducting field visits in the case of an emergency or sudden breakdown, make appropriate arrangements to have inoperable vehicle or equipment repaired or towed. Supports the IT Team in the management of on-board shuttle technology such as Wi-Fi devices, telematics systems and vehicle tablets to ensure the systems are functional and installed accordingly. Preparing work plans after fully scoping out the issue. As needed assign work order to B and C level technicians. Test driving repaired vehicles to gauge their performance. Running diagnostic tests on diesel engines and interpreting the results to offer suitable solutions Maintaining records of parts inventory and serviced vehicles. Other duties as assigned.
