Required
Must be a member or willing to join the United Association of Journeymen and Apprentices of the Plumbing and Pipe Fitting Industry of the United States and Canada, AFL-CIO.
Be a dedicated member of a North America Branch team willing to learn and be responsible for startup, commissioning, trouble shooting and aftermarket services for this fast-growing business.
Minimum of three (3) years of practical working experience on Centrifugal, air cooled and/or water-cooled chillers, AHU's or Roof Top ducted units with strong HVAC/ mechanical troubleshooting experience.
Able to repair centrifugal compressors, steam turbines, screw chillers system components.
Travel maybe required 10% to 20% to support Branch Customers startup and commissioning activities as well as aftermarket service trouble shooting.
You will be required to pass a knowledge examination to assess proficiencies.

Responsibilities
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair our customers Commercial Tractors and Trailers
Writing detailed work orders - working Mobile Road Calls and/or In Yard.
Provide quality customer service
Inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing semi-truck and trailer bodies, systems, and components
Performing preventative maintenance measures on fleet semi-trucks and trailers
Maintaining hubs and axles and adjusting or replacing them when required
Inspecting, servicing, and replacing tractor and trailer parts, including tires
Checking and repairing the brake, electrical, and hydraulic system
Testing all systems and equipment for performance issues
Ensuring that trailers meet the U.S. Department of Transportation's road safety requirements.

Qualifications

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
1 to 2 years mechanic experience; excellent people and communication skills. Proven experience providing golf course equipment repair and maintenance and demonstrated outstanding customer service. Must possess willingness to learn and perform new golf maintenance service programs. Excellent communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, drive and motivation. Flexibility with schedule with evenings and weekend work required.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to read and interpret retail product labeling. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or associates of organization.

Responsibilities:
Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks, including oil changes, filter replacements, tire rotations, and fluid checks.
Inspect vehicles for additional service needs and report findings to senior technicians or service advisors.
Assist in diagnosing and repairing minor mechanical issues under the guidance of senior technicians.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area and equipment.
Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while handling tools and equipment.
Follow manufacturer guidelines and service protocols for all maintenance tasks.
Document all services performed accurately and in a timely manner.
Assist in maintaining inventory levels of parts and supplies needed for routine maintenance tasks.
Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience as a lube technician or in a related automotive service role preferred but not required.
Basic knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance procedures.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and take direction from senior technicians.
Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Automotive schooling, ATI, UTI or any other trade school experience will be considered.
Oil changes experiences 1 year (preferred).
