Job Summary
This position is responsible for performing diversified duties in the kitchen and the tray line.
Essential Functions
· Ensure all dishware are clean and sanitized. Stock all sanitized dishware for use in designated areas.

·Responsible for cleanliness and sanitation of dish room and related dish collection areas.
·Responsible for trash removal, recycling, and floor maintenance.
