Job Description
Leading concierge, preventive medicine organization is actively seeking VIP Client Services Support to work with our clients. We are looking for a polished and flexible professional to provide high level client support, manage client experiences, developing/maintaining relationships and provide concierge services for high profile clients. We manage the programs and care for entertainment, sports, music and prominent business figures.
As Client Services, you will utilize your exceptional organizational and communication skills to manage complex calendars, keep clients on schedule, handle client requests for visit/products/etc, proactively contact clients for engagement and follow up. A positive and engaging self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills and outstanding memory for detail will thrive in this rewarding role.
Qualifications
Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional care and support to VIP client: in person, phone, email
Screen and direct all incoming calls and correspondence regarding nutrition
Ensure tasks, projects and issues get solved for clients appropriately and efficiently
Oversee heavy scheduling and calendar management and logistics
Manage product/supplement orders for client: Take orders, contact for reorders
Proactive follow up on all client visits
Effectively manage private and highly confidential information discreetly and appropriately
Discuss fees and costs when necessary
Appropriately represent and uphold our company and its philosophy of exception service to clients, team members and outside facilities
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
4+ years of strong administrative experience in a corporate environment
2+ years in customer service or high end hospitality
High level of accountability for work and tasks
Sense of urgency in getting answers for client
Available to do whatever it takes to get the job done
Interest in health, medicine a plus - experience in entertainment preferred
Interest in caring for and about people

Responsibilities
Prepare and cook meals according to planned menus and recipes.
Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet HCSG standards.
Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines; maintain a clean and orderly kitchen.
Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies.
Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience as a cook or in food preparation is preferred.
Ability to follow recipes and dietary restrictions.
Maintain a positive attitude and effectively communicate with building occupants, administration, and HCSG leadership to perform daily tasks.
Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies
Must be able to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend and walk for extended periods.
Must be able to perform routine, repetitive tasks continuously.
Must be able to work around food and cleaning products.

Current ServSafe or Food Handler certification is required based on State / County law.
