PT 24 hrs/wk: Various days each week; 2p-8p 3. PT 20 hrs/wk: 5 shifts, 4p-8p; Su and Fr off Responsibilities Provides dining service to Residents, guests and family members as needed. Prepares trays and serves food according to menus and following therapeutic diet orders. Maintains or exceeds standards of appearance, cleanliness, hygiene, and health standards. Follows daily and weekly cleaning schedules. Maintains all side stations and dining areas using the "clean as you go" policy. Keeps work areas clean and maintains sanitary conditions. Requirements Must be able to follow written and oral instructions Must have knowledge of dietary procedures and related Health Department regulations and guidelines for food service operations Must be able to serve food and beverages for residents in a prompt and efficient manner Be able to lift up to 50lbs.
