Part-time Description Under the direct supervision of the Dietary Manager, the Dietary Aide assists with food preparation, meal service, and the cleaning and maintenance of the kitchen and dining areas. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation and serving of meals and snacks in accordance with established portion control procedures.
