Lead Dietary Aide Duties and Responsibilities:
Provides dining service to Residents, guests and family members as needed.
Prepares trays and serves food according to menus and following therapeutic diet orders.
Maintains or exceeds standards of appearance, cleanliness, hygiene, and health standards.
Follows daily and weekly cleaning schedules.
Maintains all side stations and dining areas using the "clean as you go" policy.
Keeps work areas clean and maintains sanitary conditions.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Assist in food preparation, hospitality duties, and meal service, including serving food under the guidance of the Chef or Dietitian.
2. Deliver dishes, trays, and designated times and rooms.

EDUCATION:
Minimum a high school diploma required.
Experience working in the medical field as a CNA or Certified Medical Assistant preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
At least one (1) year of working experience as a CNA or Medical Assistant required.
Experience in nutrition in a health agency or health care facility preferred but not required
or one (1) year of experience working in a WIC setting.
LANGUAGE SKILLS: English, Spanish a plus and excellent oral and written skills.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Basic
REASONING ABILITY: Ability to deescalate/reason when dealing with irate participants.
LICENSURE / CERTIFICATION: N/A
