Key Responsibilities & Duties:
Manage and maintain recipes in ESHA Genesis
Ensure accuracy of nutrition and allergen data
Monitor FDA and local menu labeling regulations
Collaborate with QA, R&D, and Marketing teams
Support monthly LTO launches and data validation
Review training materials for allergen accuracy
Track policy changes impacting menu compliance
Attend cross-functional meetings for data updates
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Fluent in ESHA Genesis R&D
Knowledge of FDA menu labeling laws
Experience in QSR or fast-casual settings
